The experts of United Consult K2 have worked together on various fields of IT since 1996. As a result of 10 years of collective work experience our consulting covers wide spectrum of activities. We extended our services towards Quality Management, Sales and Customer Relationship Management, Financial Advising, Strategic Management Consulting, Information Technology and HR services while maintaining our leading role in IT developments of telecommunication. Gathering our experience, we established our consulting methodology of international level that we apply in our every day work.

The guideline of improvement is to create and effectively operate a group of divisions that provide solutions for all the possible problems of a company. As a first step our competence in billing systems (data warehouse, development, testing, project management, operation) was extended by Quality Management. We reached the stage when the size of the size of the company required the introduction of HR division that only deals with selection and headhunting but career planning, as well. While improving our own sales activity we co-operated with acknowledge experts so closely that finally they joined us as a separate division. We also developed trainings that helps small and medium enterprises to prevent typical financial mistakes and makes the company's financial activities transparent. Moreover we carry out audits that uncover misconceptions and defects within the company. Parallel with IT consultancy, we established our IT division to satisfy the continuous technical requirements. Besides supporting server operation and controlling systems, we also deal with the sale of hardware and the assessment of system requirements. At the time of the Integration to the EU we had so many activities concerning writing tenders and running courses that the creation of a separate division seemed reasonable.

While building our own team we recognized the necessity of trainings based on experimental learning. That was the reason why the outdoor division was established. Besides teambuilding trainings, adventure programs, individual challenges and the improvement of personal contacts, we provide unforgettable experience for our customers.
Our experienced consultants are highly qualified and proficient in foreign languages. Not only do we expect professional commitment from our colleagues but also an attitude in accordance with the company's ethical codex. All the employees of the United Consult are required to improve themselves continuously, for that reason further education, courses and trainings are extensively supported.
Twice a year we participate in professional trainings, where current problems are analyzed collaborating with acknowledged advisors.
We take part in teambuilding trainings twice a year, which means a delightful common experience and helps us to get acquainted with one another deeply.
